CPR Certified

Tonight my office offered Adult CPR & AED certification courses. I went to both and passed both with flying colors! Who knew CPR could be so exhausting? It especially was in our building. Each day the AC goes off at 6:00 p.m. You can only begin to imagine how hot it was on the 15th floor (of a 17 floor building) by 8:00 p.m., especially as one is actively adminstering CPR to a dummy in rubber gloves that don't breathe (Yes, I had sweaty hands). We briefly touched on child and infant CPR as well. Overall, the experience was great.
